Jennifer Knowles studied chemistry at Syracuse University before moving to California and gaining a foothold in the in the retail beverage industry. Knowles was named the New World Rising Star Sommelier by StarChefs for her work at Rubicon in San Francisco before eventually finding herself on the east coast. Knowles has worked in several positions within the industry and is currently the Service and Wine Director at Mirabelle DC in Washington, DC.
